Premium Credit Rules
What are "Credits"?

"Credits" are a virtual currency designed to meet the needs of users who wish to utilize more Decopy AI services.

"Credits" can be used for specific features or value-added services on the Decopy AI platform.

"Credits" can only be obtained and used by logged-in users within the Decopy AI platform.

What is the Pricing Standard for Credits?

Standard Price: $1 = 333 credits

Discounted Price: We may launch purchase discount promotions from time to time. The discounted price will be subject to the relevant product interface and published activity rules.

We may also update and improve the credit policy for services, features, and user benefits. The actual number of credits you receive will be subject to the relevant promotion page and payment page.

Credit Validity Period

Subscription Credits:

Credits included with subscription plans are not permanent and are valid for one subscription cycle from the date of purchase.
Subscription cycle: monthly payment is one month, annual payment is one year. Any unused credits will expire at the end of the validity period and cannot be restored or refunded.

Permanent Credits:

Credit packages purchased separately are permanent and will not expire from the date of purchase.
Credit Refund Policy
Credits cannot be transferred or gifted between accounts, and cash exchange is not supported.

Refunds are available upon request. If the credits you purchased have not yet been consumed, you can email our customer support team to submit your request at any time. We will review based on your account’s actual usage records and do our best to provide a proper solution.

Quotas Rules
What are "Quotas"?

"Quotas" are counted per use within a specific period and do not deduct credits. They are designed to meet users' everyday needs for Decopy AI's basic services.

"Quotas" can be used for certain features or basic services on the Decopy AI platform.

A small amount of free quotas is given each period, and subscribing provides more quotas for use.

"Quotas" can be obtained and used by logged-in users within the Decopy AI platform.

"Quotas" can be used without logging in, but logging in is recommended — logged-in users will receive additional free quotas.

Quota Pricing by User Tier

Non-logged-in Users: 10 free quotas

Logged-in Users (Free Plan): 20 free quotas per month

Lite Plan: 1100 quotas per month

Mid-Tier Plan: 3000 quotas per month

Premium Plan: Unlimited quotas for all basic features

Quota Consumption Rules
All features that consume quotas share the monthly quota limit. That is, usage across all basic features is added together, and the total must not exceed the quota limit.
Quota Validity Period

Free Quotas

A certain amount of free quotas is provided each month, valid for one month, and resets every calendar month. If free quotas run out before the month ends, you can purchase a subscription plan for additional quotas.

Paid Quotas

Quotas included in subscription plans are not permanent and are valid for one subscription cycle from the purchase date.
Subscription cycle: monthly for month-to-month billing, one year for annual billing. Any unused quotas will expire at the end of the validity period and cannot be recovered or refunded.

Total Quotas

Total quotas = Free quotas + Paid plan quotas. Free quotas and paid plan quotas have different tracking cycles. Free quotas are counted by calendar month, while paid quotas are counted from the plan purchase date plus one subscription cycle. The system automatically tracks quotas. Please be aware.
Quota Transfer & Refund Policy

Non-Transferable Policy

Quotas cannot be transferred or gifted between accounts, and cash exchange is not supported.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available upon request. If the quotas you purchased have not yet been consumed, you can email our customer support team to submit your request at any time. We will review based on your account’s actual usage records and do our best to provide a proper solution.

2. Basic Features Monthly Bonus: 10 quotas for unlogged users, and 20 quotas for logged-in users. For details, see the "Quota Policy" description.
3. Free Features Does not consume quotas or credits. To prevent abuse, usage rate will be throttled if a threshold is exceeded.
