At Decopy AI, payments are generally made on a subscription basis. Depending on the plan you choose, your subscription may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
In addition to subscriptions, Decopy AI offers one-time credit top-up packs. Generally, once credits are purchased and added to your account, they are non-refundable. However, if purchased by mistake and the credits remain completely unused, you may contact us for an exception review.
If you believe you were charged by mistake, forgot to cancel your subscription, accidentally purchased a credit pack, or are dissatisfied with our service, you may contact our support team to request a refund. We are happy to review your case and assist you.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Our evaluation will largely depend on your account's actual usage records (e.g., whether the service or newly purchased credits remain unused). To help us process your request efficiently, please contact us as soon as possible after the charge and provide relevant account information.
Because Decopy AI uses subscription billing, renewal payments may be charged automatically according to your selected plan. If you did not intend to renew, please contact us promptly. We will review the charge and do our best to provide a fair solution.
Requesting a refund does not automatically cancel your subscription unless otherwise stated. If you no longer wish to be billed in the future, please make sure to cancel your subscription in your account settings, or contact us for assistance.

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
